Physical Therapy
Austin Orthopaedics Physical Therapy has three physical therapists who strive to utilize a comprehensive evaluation to determine a plan of care that is unique and tailored to each individual patient. Early and late hours are offered to better accommodate the busy schedules of everyone.
Patients are not only taught how to regain function but how to plan a long-term exercise program to help improve their quality of life.
The therapists also pride themselves in giving a thorough and ongoing explanation of the diagnosis and recommended treatment. They work closely with orthopaedic surgeons to ensure a timely recovery process with functional goals and outcomes agreed upon by the patient and therapist.
We are "on-site" in the same building as Austin Orthopaedics, Spine and Sports Medicine Associates. This not only facilitates patients being seen more quickly but also allows for optimal communication between therapist and physicians and, thus, better care.
